Within your own email account, you use our resume keyword analyzer to can set up filters by subject or message content for applications and resumes you may receive, and automatically forward the resumes to your Hire email address. Our applicant tracking system then automatically sorts email applications by job opening and creates candidate profiles, which will appear alongside candidates you receive from other sources. Our filtering technology works with all email providers–Gmail, Outlook, etc.
